Simply return your item for a full refund. We even refund your original shipping cost. You just need to pay the return shipping. Of course if we made a mistake we will be happy to pay your return shipping also. No need to email. Just send it back and include your name, contact info and order# with your return. We'll take it from there.
If you have a broken item please do not return it. Just email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been bedazzled, however we would like to see a picture :)
To ensure that you get the new product faster and while it's still in stock, simply create a new order at www.BoutiqueSocks.com Then, send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition; upon receipt, we will then return credit to your original method of payment.
